About Serena Joyner

I am a consultant, facilitator, manager and project manager. I have worked in the Knowledge Management space since 2000, with particular experience in government, spatial information and natural resources management. I am interested in helping organisations make sense of their worlds, and I use complexity, narrative and social network approaches to do that. Recently joining Step Two Designs, I will carry on doing that as a Collaboration and Intranet Consultant.

I live in a blissful part of the world with my husband and two small children, albeit one very long commute from my office in Sydney.
